It keeps Getting Better......week

This week our adventure is getting bigger and better. TUESDAY seems to be a magical day here since they offer discounts for family and deals on things.

Monday, we went to IKEA with our new friends to get kitchen ware that we need. Hazel had to play in the junior section of course and we all had lunch at their market place. Tuesday morning, we discovered a new park close by our place by walking distance. She loves it especially that the neighborhood kids were also stopping by. We noticed that the parks in these area have sand floor instead of woodchips like Bellevue does. She didn't like it at first cause it always got into her crocs shoes....but after taking those off and went barefoot, she's in cloud nine. Then at night, we all went to Belmont Park to check out their rides. Tuesday night was when all the rides half-off. Hazel was so excited with the rides. I don't think she's ever experienced carnival rides like that (at least not when she's this big). She rode merry-go-round, crazy submarine and the boat. The boat is her favorite I think (the crazy sub was my least fave -- it made me dizzy). Close to the park, they had this cafe that has indoor wave for people to learn to surf....it's pretty neat. I really want to try it, but I don't want to be the clown in the circus you know. And we had to check out the mission beach along their sides there.















We mostly ate at home this week. Except me & Hazel tried Chick-Fil-A on Wednesday. The chicken was a lot better than McD. WE love it. Hazel ate her whole nugget box (that's always a plus for me).

Thursday, we purchased admissions at Seaworld and it's good for the rest of the year. It's a pretty good deal. We love it!! I love the Dolphin & Shamu Show.......excellent shows. The Dolphin show was super funny. I feel like a kid again there. They also have Bay of Play with all the sesame street character and has rides for the little kiddies like Hazel. She loves rides, so she's pretty excited about it.










Then, at night Hazel & Quinn swam at the pool at our place while I ran at the gym next to it.

Friday, we went back to Seaworld to see different parts of it. It's a pretty big area that Hazel's little feet get tired from walking not too far. So, it's good to have this fun card pass that we can always go back. This time, she's mesmerized by the walrus and the beluga whale. We also enjoyed getting sprayed while watching Elmo 4D movie.


In the afternoon, after Daddy got home, we all went to coronado beach that's in a different little island. We all LOVE it. It's a very pretty and clean beach. We also love the area....pretty ritzy neighborhood. Who knows, if the house price keeps going down in these area, we might be able to purchase the smallest house there when it's time for us to move. :)
Saturday, we went to Rohr Park for their monthly steam train rides. With $.50 ticket, Hazel was a happy passenger. While we're there, we couldn't believe how many parties they had in the park. They were at least 15 different parties with their private bouncy house, bbq and pinatas. Pretty popular place and day for a party I guess.









Today is Father's Day.....we're trying to make it a happy day for the Daddy in our home. Happy Father's day too to my Dad and Father-In-Law. We love you both dearly!

We got Quinn a new slimmer wallet since he's been carrying around his handmade wallet from paper. He likes the new wallet, but deep down I think he's a little crushed for not being able to use his handmade wallet (yes, he's so proud of his paper wallet) again.
