We went to Sewerd Park in Seattle for our Sunday drive. It was a little chilly, but sometimes the sun would peak out. We just stayed at the edge of the lake Washington and skipped rocks for a long time. Daddy tried to teach her to skip rock, and it's just too funny watching her trying to do the same. Amazing how a simple thing can be a great entertainment for a 2 year old.
On Saturday morning, we had ward activity & picnic at Botanical Garden. Hazel walked everywhere at the garden. Playing with rock, jumping around and smelling all the flowers. Then she joined the primary activity and made a birthday card for Pres. Hinckley. She loves being around other kids. Afterward, we had a picnic with everyone. We brought our own lunch and a salad to share. There were plenty of food to share. We're so full when we got home and a nap just topped it off.

I didn't take many good pictures of Hazel since she's so busy running around if not chasing a bird then play with other kids. We had a good time and the weather was just perfect considering it's so cold and rainy on Sunday.

I love her head scarf! Preston was Hazel's age when we lived there and LOVED throwing rocks in the water! We would go to parks just to do that! :)
