A Great Visit from the Wurtz

We are so happy that Rachel & Brian's family came to visit and spent some fun times with us. Hazel loves having her cousins around to play and show her things. She was afraid of our bubble maker toy, but as soon as Fletcher was playing with it, she was not afraid anymore.

They were trying to get a hotel, but amazingly all hotels around Bellevue & Redmond were fully booked. So, they ended staying with us. Hope it was as good to them as it was to us. We're glad we got to spend more time with them.

Here's the kids eating lunch after they got to our place on Tuesday. Hazel still gets the boy's names mixed up, but she called Kate 'baby cakes'.

Here's a picture of Hazel with her Wurtz' cousins

Then on Wednesday night, Rachel and Brian invited us to watch the Mariner's game at Safeco Field. What a great fun we had. Thanks for the invite! Seeing it for real is 10 times better than the tv. We got free hotdogs & pops with our tickets, then the kids screamed for cotton candy of course when they saw it (it's surprisingly yummier cotton candy). Oh, and we introduced them to Garlic Fries......everyone loved it including the kids.

It was not only Hazel's first experience, but also Quinn's. What a blast! We might do it again some time with our friends.

Take me out to the ball game.... :) Our family picture at the game.

Thank you Rachel & Brian for the visit. I know it's a very long drive for you guys, but we had a great time with your family!

We had so much fun! Thank you for opening your home and your schedules for us! We made it home in 3 hours last night, and stumbled into bed exhausted by 12:30am. We love you guys! Thanks again!
