HOT week

This week is not over yet, but we've been having too much fun. It's been really hot here too...almost to 90. We survived today since the breeze is coming in, not like yesterday. Here's a recap what we did last week and early this week.

Friday morning, we went to Bel-square to meet up with my long lost friend. We haven't seen each other for 10 years, and now we have baby already. I took Ellie along to play with Hazel. It turned out to be a wonderful time. The girls love Rere's baby, Lexi. They made Lexi laughed.



Friday night, I was throwing a baby shower at our place for my friend Debbie (I have no pictures of) while Hazel was on daddy daughter's date. She was so excited and planned it all out where to go. They went to play at Toy's R Us, then ride her scooter at the park. She was a happy girl when she got home.



Monday morning, just because she had a daddy daughter's date, she thought it'd be fun to have a mommy daughter's date. So, I took her to Redmond Town Center to get few things, looked at water fountain, then had lunch at Taco Bell.


When we got home, we got a phone call from Debbie & Ellie inviting us over to play with their Crazy Daisy sprinkler. Hazel had giggles the whole time....that ended up to be her favorite thing of the day.

I had to share this picture cause it's just too funny. She went to my closet and got 2 belts and asked me to put them around her. She came up with the idea herself that she wants to be a puppy with 1 belt as her tail and 1 belt to be her chain. She asked her dad to walk her around the house.

And today, after music class, we went to the beach (our first time of the season) to have a lunch picnic and play in the water. It was too HOT. I ended up covering my body with a towel cause it's that hot on the skin. Hazel had a great time with Ellie though.

We have more things planned out for the rest of the week. It will be busy and we think it'll be fun too. More updates later of course....... :) Hope everyone is doing well.
