Our Fantastic Weekend!

That's right....we had a really funtastic weekend. We had a great amount of family & friends in the mix. Life is great, isn't it?

Thursday while Quinn was still at school, GP & GM + Derek's family came to visit. We ate & played at Burger King for lunch. Hazel had fun with her six cousins in the play land. Then Thursday night, we all ate a big feast at Hunan Garden.....which sent us home with variety and LOTS of left over. We were the only family in that part of the restaurant, so we felt like it's a private party. Afterwards, we went swimming at the Embassy Suites.

Friday Morning, we spent it with Ellie & Debbie at Bellevue Square to see sing along at Pottery Barn kids. Hazel was more interested to play with the toys than seeing the actions. So, we didn't stay for the second half of the performance. Instead we played in the boat, visited Hello Kitty store, and shared some pretzels. Afterwards, we all went back to our place to have lunch....and I had a really nice chat with Debbie.

Friday afternoon, Ryan's family came over after being stuck for 2 hr in the pass. I had a nice visit with them while Quinn was still at school. Hazel bonded instantly with Jakob & Ian. She refers them as her "Two Cousins"....leaving miss Emily visiting with the adults. At night, we were treated to eat at Teriyaki bowls. Thanks guys for the treat! Once again, we were sent home with left over.

Friday night, we all went swimming at the ho-towel (Hazel calls it) again.

Saturday morning, Ryan's family picked us up to go have fun with them. We were in for a Real Treat! They treated us to go to Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, and rode monorail with them. We didn't expect it, but Thank You Ryan & Donna. It was Hazel's first time at everything and we all had a wonderful time together. I rode in the simulator they had in Science Center with Emily, Donna & Ian....and we were sliding off all the time. Thanks for the laugh you guys!

I thought this is a cute picture of the kiddos at Space Needle.

And look at what Hazel could ride for FREE at the Science Center?

Saturday afternoon was the birthday party for Sebree, Hazel's close friend. We had BBQ and the weather couldn't be better. What a lovely afternoon spent with close friends and great food.
The kiddie table.

The adult table.

What a wonderful weekend our family had. It may not be good for our diet, but it certainly was great for our souls :) We're very grateful for family & friends!
